RF Government approves Rules for non-discriminatory access to natural monopolies’ services at seaports
RF Government Decree dated 20 October 2017 (No 1285) approved the Rules of non-discriminatory access to the services of natural monopolies at seaports. The document determines general principles and procedure ensuring non-discriminatory access of customers to the services on loading/unloading/storing/transshipment of cargo as well as to towing services provided by natural monopolies at seaports. The Decree signed by Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev is available at the official website of the Russian Government.
The document was drafted by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Competition.
