Bill on transit cargo transportation supported by RF Government with some comments and proposals
RF Government says it has supported the draft law "On transportation of transit cargo (goods) through the territory of the Russian Federation and amendments into certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation", which was submitted to the State Duma by Vitaly Yefimov the deputy of the Lower House of Russian Parliament.
The bill is aimed at creating transit transport corridors, increasing their competitiveness, organizing the movement of trains with transit cargo and introducing customs and tariff regulation of transit traffic.
RF has made is a number of comments and proposals on the bill, says the statement.
