CNIIMF’s HORDA system delivered to Rosmorport’s North-Wester Basin Branch for trial operation
Central Marine Research and Design Institute (CNIIMF JSC) says it has delivered the HORDA system to the North-Wester Basin Branch of FSUE Rosmorport (to the department of automated port control systems) for trial operation. The system is to be put in full-scale operation in the end of 2018.
CNIIMF has recently completed the development of its HORDA system (Russian acronym for storage, processing, distribution of archive documents) integrated with the RADIUS system – (Russian acronym for calculation of disbursement, revenue accounting, statisctics).
The HORDA system ensures fast and easy uploading of pdf/xls/jpg documents generated by the RADIUS system into the database of electronic document workflow; automatic HORDA database replenishment with RADIUS data; additional uploading of data; fast selection/search/display of documents kept in the database of electronic document workflow; signing/emailing of documents kept in the database of electronic document workflow; generation of reports, etc.
