Sergey Nosov appointed Acting Governor of the Magadan Region (photo)
On 28 May 2018, Russian President Vladimir Putin held a working meeting with Sergey Nosov and announced his decision to appoint Sergey Nosov as Acting Governor of the Magadan Region, says press center of the Presidential Executive Office.
The President earlier signed an Order on early resignation of the Magadan Region Governor (dated 28 May 2018) to accept a resignation of Vladimir Pecheony of his own free will.
The same Order appoints Sergey Nosov Acting Governor of the Magadan Region till the person elected as the Magadan Region Governor comes into office.
Previous position of Sergey Nosov – head of the city of Nizhny Tagil.
