RF Transport Ministry defines procedure for approval of widespread minerals production at Russia’s IWWs
RF Transport Ministry has defined the procedure for approval by IWW basin administrations of widespread minerals production at inland water ways of the Russian Federation. According to the press center of Rosmorrechflot (Federal Marine and River Transport Agency), RF Transport Ministry’s Order No 55 dated 9 February 2018 has been registered by the Ministry of Justice on 20 March 2018 (Registration No - 50414).
The document defines requirements for applications, time limits for the examination of applications and approval of production of widespread minerals a inland water ways of Russia.
The approval is valid throughout a period of licenses for the right of subsurface use.
The document also defines the reasons for rejection.
