NIBULON’s fleet will be increased
NIBULON says its shipbuilders are constructing five new orders and conduct repairs of the non-self-propelled vessels and maintenance services of the tugs of NIBULON’s shipping company.
Nibulonivets-2 floating crane
NIBULON’s 67th vessel was launched on December 21, 2017. The shipbuilders have turned on electric power supply to the main switchboard of the floating crane moored at NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard.
The specialists finish assembling bathroom equipment in the cabins, testing the systems for tightness and assembling ceilings in the auxiliary space. The vessel is being prepared for heeling. After that, the specialists will start testing the vessel’s mechanisms.
The shipbuilders complete finishing works and compete installing furniture in the living accommodations.
Upon completion of mooring and sea trials, the vessel will be put into operation.
The first non-self-propelled B5000 project vessel
The afterbody and forebody half-hulls are joined. The specialists have started welding the erection joint. The assembly works in dry compartments of the half-hull and forepeak are being carried out. The equipping is being continued. The specialists continue testing the spaces for tightness. Then, they will be painted. Upon trials and painting completion, the specialists will prepare the vessels for launching to complete all the outfitting and trials.
The second non-self-propelled B5000 project vessel
The sections of the middle and forebody are being manufactured in the assembly and fabrication workshop. The first sections of the afterbody are installed on the slipway. The shipbuilders have started forming the vessel’s hull.
The first and the second T3500 project tugs
The shipbuilders are cutting and bending metal in the metal processing workshop. The specialists are producing assemblies and sections in the assembly and fabrication workshop. The bottom section of the first tug is installed on the slipway. The process of hull formation has been started.
