Marine Rescue Service of Rosmorrechflot handles large-size equipment for RPK Nord (photo)
Marine Rescue Service of Rosmorrechflot says its Northern Branch performed an operation on lifting and installation of a large-size laboratory module for RPK Nord LLC on 13 October 2017.
It took 8 hours and a half to perform the operation from the deck of SPK 19/35.
According to the statement, it was a sophisticated operation since it was performed above the working lines of the storage tanker Umba, near the overhanging counter.
Tugboats of RPK Nord LLC were involved to keep the crane in its position while lifting the accommodation module.
