Alexander Rybak named as interim Transport Minister of Crimea
The Crimea Government has appointed Alexander Rybak as Interim Minister of Transport of the Republic of Crimea. The relevant Decree No. 357-U "On temporary assignment of the duties of the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Crimea" was published on the official government website of the Crimea.
Mr. Rybak will replace Anatoly Volkov who had tendered his resignation.
Alexander Rybak was born on June 25, 1971 in the Simferopol District of Crimea. He graduated from the Simferopol Higher Military and Political Construction School, Crimean Law Institute of the Kharkov National University of Internal Affairs, majoring in “Jurisprudence”. Between 1993 to 2014 he worked in the Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs. In September 2016 he was appointed Deputy Minister of Transport of Crimea.
