Siem Offshore and Marine Engineering Diving Services terminate Charter Party for Siem Marlin
The Charter Party between Siem Offshore and Marine Engineering Diving Services (MEDS) dated 13 May 2015 has been terminated due to non fulfilment of Charterers' obligations.
The vessel was originally fixed for a firm charter period of 5 years with a purchase obligation at the end of the charter period. Siem Offshore will pursue its rights to claim damages.
