NYK determines corporate auditor nominations
At a meeting on April 30, the board of directors of Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK) determined the candidates to be nominated at the 128th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for late June, for the company's corporate auditor positions, the Company said in a media release.
NYK published a list of designated positions, and duties and responsibilities of directors and corporate officers after the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
