Bahri announces the date and methodology of dividends distribution for fiscal year 2014G
The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) announces that the dividends distribution for 2014G financial year which will start on wednesday 26/6/1436H corresponding to 15/4/2015G through Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) for SAR 1 per share, the company said in its press release. Shareholders who are entitled to this dividends are shareholders who are registered in the shareholders registry at the closing of trading on the day of the general assembly which was held on 12/06/1436H 1/4/2015G. The distribution of dividends will be as follow:
1) Shareholders who have shares portfolios linked to an active local bank account, their dividends will be deposited directly in their local bank accounts.
2) Shareholders who have shares portfolios linked to a local bank account that does not accept transfers or shareholders who have share certificates should visit one of Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) branches providing their Saudi National ID or Iqama ID for foreign resident to receive their dividends directly from the Bank. Shareholders should also update their bank account information to ensure that all of their future entitled dividends get deposited in their bank account.
