RF FTS comes up with 9-pct increase of tonnage rates at ports of Novorossiysk, Gelendzhik, Anapa and Sochi
Administration of Sea Port Novorossiysk has addressed the Federal Tariff Service of Russia concerning revision of tonnage rates for sea ports of Novorossiysk, Gelendzhik, Anapa and Sochi. According to FTS materials, ASP Novorossiysk motivates its address with a necessity to compensate for the cost of services rendered at sea ports of Novorossiysk, Gelendzhik, Anapa and Sochi.
Basing on the analysis, FTS of Russia considers it reasonable to raise tonnage rates for foreign navigation in sea ports of Novorossiysk, Gelendzhik, Anapa and Sochi by 9%.
