Clipper Group expands their Board of Directors
Clipper announces that Mikael Skov, CEO of Hafnia Tankers, and Peter Appel, Managing Partner at Gorrissen Federspiel, will join the Board of Directors of Clipper Group Ltd. as of today, the company said in its press release.
“We are extremely pleased to have Mikael Skov and Peter Appel on the Board of Directors of Clipper Group Ltd.,” says Chairman Frank G. Jensen. “Peter has served on the Board of our Danish subsidiary, Clipper Group A/S, since January 2013 and has extensive experience in counseling Danish and international shipping companies. Whereas Mikael brings 30 years of commercial experience from his various positions within the shipping industry as well as Board experience and management knowledge.”
