Norway intent upon development of LNG bunkering system
Norway is intent upon the development of a system of sea terminals to provide bunkering of vessels with liquefied natural gas (LNG), PortNews IAA journalist learnt from Kirsten Ullbæk Selvig, Director General, Department of Arctic and International Maritime Affairs of the Ministry of Fisheries and Coast affairs of Norway, at the VI annual international conference Trilogy held in St. Petersburg.
“We strictly keep up with international requirements related to vessels and ship fuel and pursue a policy focused on environmentally friendly approach,” Kirsten Ullbæk Selvig comments.
