Stockholders name new Board of Directors of MTH
Stockholders of Managing Company Murmansk Transport Hub elected at their Annual General Meeting (June 21) 11 members of the Board of Directors of JSC MC MTH, the Company’s press service reported.
The re-elected Board of Directors now consists of: Dmitri Dmitriyenko, Nikolai Egorov, Isaac Livshits, Victor Morozov, Viktor Olersky, Valeriy Reshetnikov, Igor Romashov, Igor Rusu, Victor Stepov, Sergey Frank and Anatoly Shadrin.
The AGM approved the decision not to pay out dividends for 2010. The stockholders decided to direct RUB 361.400 to the reserve fund (of 2010’s net income of RUB 7,229,800), to cover the loss for the year 2008 – RUB 445,000.
Management Company Murmansk Transport Hub was founded to implement the project Integrated Development of the Murmansk Transport Hub included in the Federal Program Modernization of Transport System of Russia (2010-2015).
Development project of the Murmansk Transport Hub includes the construction of a new offshore coal terminal (Lavna Commercial Sea Port LLC) of annual capacity of 20 million tons on the western shore of the Kola Bay and the new coal terminal in the eastern shore of the Kola Bay, with a capacity of 12 million tons. Besides, the project includes construction of a new container terminal with a capacity of 350,000 TEUs a year, expandable to 1 million TEUs a year (containers are to be transported from the port by railroad) and an oil terminal, designed for handling 35 million tons a year and onshore logistics center.
Shareholders of JSC Management Company Murmansk Transport Hub, according to the Russian Ministry of Transport, are OJSC Murmansk Commercial Sea Port (40%) JSC Rosneft (15%), JSC RZD (25%), Government of the Murmansk region (5%) and Rosmorport (15%).
