World's largest dredging ships to visit waters of Russia
The world's largest dredging vessels will visit the territorial waters of Russia, the Ministry of Transport of Russia said. The Jan De Nul’s cutter dredgers will perform dredging in the framework of offshore gas pipelines construction near Kirinskoye gas and condensate field.
These are the Leiv Eiriksson, the Fernao De Magalhaes, the Simon Stevin, the Willem De Vlamingh and others.
Kirinskoye gas condensate field is located within the Kirinsky Block of the Sakhalin III project 28 km offshore the Sakhalin Island in the Sea of Okhotsk.
