Russian oil companies mull heavy investment in development, official says
Russian oil and gas companies plan to inject RUB 8,5 trillion in their assets development in the near future, Russian Energy Minister Sergei Shmatko said, PRIME-TASS reported.
"In the next few years, Russian oil and gas companies are planning to channel RUB 8,5 trillion into their development, of which in the state-of-the-art equipment – RUB 3,2 tln," the minister said at the conference "Energy Industry-2011".
