Singapore's Yangzijiang wins $700 mln shipbuilding contracts
Singapore-listed Chinese shipbuilder Yangzijiang said on Thursday it had won contracts worth $700 million to build seven container ships for Seaspan Corporation with options for another 18, which could lift the total value to around $2.5 billion, Reuters reports. The seven vessels are scheduled for delivery in 2014 and 2015, Yangzijiang said in a statement.
