UCL offers Tuapse port’s stockholders a buyout deal
Nafta (T) Ltd. (a structure of Universal Cargo Logistics Holding) on 26 May 2011 sent to stockholders of Tuapse Commercial Sea Port JSC (TCSP) a mandatory offer to purchase 4.47% of the shares (390,954,631 pcs.) for 0.74 ruble per share, the TCSP’s press service said. Universal Cargo Logistics Holding owns now a 95.53-percent stake in the stevedoring company. So, the Group intends to consolidate 100% of the port.

Tuapse Commercial Sea Port JSC (TMTP), founded in 1994, is the main operator at one of the largest ports in Russia - Port of Tuapse. In 2010, the company handled more than 18.5 million tons of different cargoes.
