Viktor Yanukovich, Ukrainian Prime Minister, does not rule out the possibility that Russian Black Sea Fleet may stay in Ukraine after 2017, Finmarket reports with reference to Vesti. Yanukovich underlined there are no links between the Black Sea Fleet's stay in Crimea and natural gas prices for Ukraine.
