Zhusupov told that at a visiting session of the Council of the Federal Agency of sea and river transport in Novorossijsk, bunich.ru reports. According to Zhusupov, the lease period is not to be less than 15 years since the repair works usually take 13-15 years. "If the leaseholder undertakes to repair the berths, the lease period is not to be shorter than 15 years ", Zhusupov underlined.
