Sergei Kushnarev – Director General of Vostochny port
On October 24, 2006 the Board of Directors appointed Sergei Kushnarev Director General of Vostochny port (Primorsky region), the company reports. Maxim Dovolnov, Director General of the company from April 2006 has terminated its authorities. Sergei Kushnarev is to solve strategic tasks related to further development of infrastructure and cargo basis of the port. One of the most important aspects of the company development is the construction of the third phase of the coal complex.
Sergei Nickolaevick Kushnarev was born on December 8, 1954 in the city of Nakhodka of Primorsky region. In 1978 he graduated from the Far East Higher Engineering School and was taken to Vostochny port. His used to take the following positions at the port: head of the shift, senior dispatcher of the port, first deputy to the Director General, from January 2005 till April 2006 – Director General of Vostochny port, firs deputy.
