Estonia to control 100% of Eesti Raudtee
Edgar Savisaar, head of Estonian Ministry of economic and Communications and representatives of Baltic Rail Services Company initialed a contract on selling 66% shareholding of Eesti Raudtee to Estonian Government, Interfax reports according to RZD-Partner. The deal estimated at $188.3mln is to commercial into force after government and parliament ratification. Other 34% shareholding of Eesti Raudtee belongs to the government.
