Oil and gas production results of Sakhalin region in 9M06
Oil production in Sakhalin region amounted through 9 months of 2006 to 3 mln 782.7 thou tons; natural gas - 1 billion 617.5 million cubic meters. It is 87.5 and 94.3% of the planned volumes, PrimaMedia reports with reference to press secretary of the Natural Resources and Environment Protection Committee of Sakhalin region. Highest results were demonstrated by the companies of Rosneft - Sakhalinmorneftegaz: 1 million 446.3 thou tons of oil and condensate and 809.1 million cubic meters of gas. Total production of Sakhalin-1 and Sakhalin-2 projects amounted to 2 million 222.5 thou tons of oil and 704.2 million cubic meters of gas. Forecast for the reported period was the following: 4 million 323.6 thou tons of oil and 1 billion 714.6 million cubic meters of gas.
