Rinad Sakayev assumes the office of a deputy head of Rosvodresursy
Russian Natural Resources Minister Yury Trutnev has appointed his advisor Rinad Sakayev deputy head of Rosvodresursy (Federal Agency of Water Resources), NRM reports according to PRIME-TASS. Sakayev’s new position will, in particular, cover economic planning issues.
Sakayev was born on January 19, 1963 in Perm. In 1983 he graduated from Perm Polytechnical Institute with specialization of technology and system mechanization of underground mining of minerals", in 1987 – Perm Higher Military School of Strategic Missile Engineering, in 1994 – Moscow Aeronautical Institute with specialization of automated control and data processing system, in 2005 – National Economy Academy under RF Government. Sakayev is a candidate of engineering sciences. He used to take leading positions in large companies of oil and gas industry, in 2003-2004 – at the Expert Institute under Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, from August 2004 till October 2006 – advisor of the Russian Natural Resources Minister.
