Crash of cargo ships in the USA
Panamanian freighter Torm Anholt got a gash at the Mississippi River after it was struck by another vessel - Greek freighter Zagora, leaving the port of New Orleans, Associated Press reports according to Siberian News Agency. The anchored ship was listing, but the hole was above the water line, and the vessel was not believed to be taking on water, the Coast Guard said. River traffic was not halted.
