In January-September Russia’s refineries processed 17.7 million tons of Rosneft’s oil
In January-September 2006 Russia’s refineries processed 17.7 million tons of Rosneft’s oil, 10.8% gain against year-on-year result, the company's press office reports, according to RBC. Eight million tons of oil were refined at Rosneft's own plants (+3.6%), 9.6 million tons - at other company’s plants (+17.7%), 0.1 million tons at mini-refineries (+1.4%). Total volume of oil products sold in January-September 2006 amounted to 17.2 million tons (+8.5%). Export sales amounted to 9.9 million tons of oil products (+3.9%), domestic sales – 7.3 million tons (+15.5%). Sale divisions of the company sold 4.65 million tons of oil products.
Authorized capital of Rosneft after consolidation of 12 subsidiary companies amounts to 105 million 981 thou 778 rubles 10 kopeks (10 billion 598 million 177 thou 810 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01 rubles). Rosneftegaz OJSC owns 75.16% in the company’s authorized capital, the rest of shares belong to different strategic, institutional and individual investors. Rosneft announced consolidation of its 12 subsidiary companies on October 2, 2006. Rosneft’s 1H06 net profit according to US GAAP decreased against year-on-year result by 21.2% to $1.879 billion.
