Russian Federal Property Fund announces the auction to be held on October 24 for sale of 20% stock of Amur Shipyard OJSC
Russian Federal Property Fund (RFPF) announces the auction for sale of shares of Amur Shipyard OJSC, Shipbuilding.ru. reports. The auction is to be held on October 24 in Vladivostok. 97197 ordinary registered shares to be sold at auction at initial price of 760 million rubles. Price increment is 10 million rubles. The bids are to be accepted up to October 19, 2006.
Amur Shipyard OJSC is the largest shipbuilding company in the Far East of Russia. The shipyard specializes on construction and technical maintenance of ships and vessels as well as on design and manufacture of pipelines, devices and equipment for nuclear energy facilities and ships.
