Gazprom Neft and minor shareholders couldn't perform audit works of Moscow refinery
Gazprom Neft OJSC and minor shareholders of Moscow refinery - Richard Enterprises S.A, Gregory Trading S.A and Phenix Assets Management Ltd (they hold 46.7% collectively) couldn't perform audit works, said in Gazprom Neft's announcement.
March 27 BF-Audit, an auditing company that represent the interests of Moscow refinery minor shareholders, made an attempt of performing audit works on the plant, by they failed to enter the territory of the plant, also the documents needed for audit were not given.
Gazprom Neft consider the actions unlawful and intends to appeal because those shareholders who hold more the 10% have the right of performing their own audit works, mentioned in the announcement.
Authorized stock capital of Moscow refinery makes 78833.2 thd rub. The company emitted 5912490 of common and 1970830 preferred shares with 10 rub nominal. Moscow Gas And Oil Company (Sibir Energy and Moscow government are principal shareholders) holds 38% of authorized capital stock, with 51% of Moscow refinery common shares, Gazprom Neft holds 35%, Tatneft -17.7%
The plant refined 9.68 tons in 2006. Plant's net profit, according to preliminary information made 80 mil rub.
