Four special economic zones to be created in 2007- Gref
The creation of four port special economic zones will begin in 2007 in Russia, Economic Development Minister German Gref said at a meeting with the president on Monday, Interfax reports.
A relevant draft bill will be discussed at a parliamentary meeting on Thursday, he said.
The zones will be created in northwestern Russia, northern Russia, the Far East and the Black Sea, he said.
