Eukor Car Carriers Inc. adds Chinese calls
Eukor Car Carriers Inc. is adding calls at Shanghai, Xingang and Xinsha to its monthly Europe/Middle East/Far East Car Asia Express (CAEX) service.The first vessel to start the new rotation will be the Pure Car Carrier (PCC) "Grand Quest," which has a 5,232-vehicle capacity, when it departs the United Kingdom Port of Southampton on April 4.
Other than Southampton, the CAEX calls at Bremerhaven, Gothenburg, Antwerp and Tilbury in Europe; Aqaba, Jeddah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Dammam in the Middle East; and Singapore, Hong Kong, Keelung, Taichung, Nagoya, Toyohashi, Masan and Inchon in the Far East.
Eukor's ownership is Wilhelmsen Lines, 40 percent; Wallenius Lines, 40 percent; with Hyundai Motor and Kia Motors holding the remaining 20 percent.
