Nakhodka oil-loading sea trade port to pay 50 thou rubles

Primorie Arbitrage Court has fined Nakhodka oil-loading sea trade port 50 thou rubles since the port failed to provide a corresponding license for its bunkering base operation. Besides, the prosecutor’s office demands termination of the port’s activities related to maintenance of its oil tank farm. This informationhas been provided by the regional prosecutor’s office, according to IA REGNUM. According to prosecutor’s inspection, the activities of the bunkering base located at the territory of oil-loading port, is subject to licensing under Federal Law On Licensing Certain Activities. However, the company does not have the corresponding license. According to prosecutor’s office, maintenance of fire-dangerous facility without license constitutes a hazard of emergency situation, which threatens safety of population and environment. Transport prosecutor of Nakhodka has referred to the court with a claim to prohibit maintenance of the bunkering base.
