Cargo turnover of Vyborg Sea Trade Port grew in January-September 2006 by 48.4% to 887.178 thou tons, press release of ROSA Holding LLC reports. In September 2006 Vyborg port stevedoring company handled 141.147 thou tons of different cargo (including export – 124.167 thou tons, import – 16.980 thou tons). Year-on-year growth of cargo turnover is 24 %. The majority of cargo turnover falls on mineral fertilizers and timber.
