Tatneft OJSC produced 2.078 million tons of oil in September 2006 – the result similar to the level of the previous year, the company’s report says, according to AK&M. 28 thou tons of oil were produced in excess of the plan. The headway plan was implemented to 103.1% over 9 months of the current year, the boring plan: 614.2 thou km, including 409.2 thou km for Tatneft (105.6%). 392 wells were drilled and delivered to customers including 247 wells for Tatneft (102.1% against plan). Tatneft is the sixth oil company of RF in terms of oil production - in the 1st quarter of the current year the company produced 6.3 million tons. Authorized capital of the company amounts to 2.33 billion rubles. It total the company has placed 2178690700 ordinary and 147508500 registered shares with a nominal value of 1 ruble. Major shareholder of Tatneft is Svyazinvestneftekhim holding. Net profit of Tatneft according to Russian Accounting Standard amounted in the 1st quarter to 23.435 billion rubles (+45%), sales revenue - to 95.085 billion rubles (+16%).
