AP Moller Maersk may gain large synergies from integration of Nedlloyd
AP Moller-Maersk may gain substantial synergies from the integration of Nedlloyd, which it bought for 17 bln dkr in 2005, according to a number of analysts polled by SME Direkt.
Analysts expect synergies to reach 1.743 bln dkr in 2007 and 2.803 bln dkr in 2008, Direkt said, adding that the range of estimates is relatively wide.
'I believe synergies in total are bigger than the 2.8 bln dkr, they may well reach double that figure... At the end of this decade, I believe all synergies will be realised,' Stephen Rammer at Alm Brand said according to Direkt.
