LUKoil suspends talks with Turkey on refinery construction
LUKoil has suspended talks with Turkey on the construction of the oil refinery plant on the territory of the latter country, the Russian oil giant's President Vagit Alekperov told journalists today RBC reports. According to him, the company is currently looking into the possibility of boosting its refinery plant's capacity in Bulgaria instead of building a new refinery in Turkey. Alekperov also said that the company would expand its refinery's capacity in Bulgaria from 2.5m tonnes to 10m tonnes.
