Russia to revise fees at ports in 2007
The revision of fees, which are taken from the vessels at the RF ports, is to be completed in 2007, A.Davidenko, head of the RF Agency of Sea and River Transport, said according to RZD-Partner.
The RF Union of Ship Owners applied several times to the Agency. Rise of the fees may stop attraction of the ships under the RF flag. The existing rates are 35%- 40% than the rates at the foreign ports, M. Romanovsky, head of the RF Association of Ship owners, said.
