Saint Petersburg Governor signs contract with TALL SHIPS RACES (EUROPE) LIMITED on hosting of the competition in 2009
Valentina Matvienko, Saint Petersburg Governor, has signed a contract with TALL SHIPS RACES (EUROPE) LIMITED on a host port for «Tall Ships» Races - 2009» (former Katti Sark Regatta), PortNews IAA learnt from Vladimir Rodionov, head of the division ensuring activities of the Marine council under Saint Petersburg Government. Rodionov says that according to the contract Saint Petersburg is to host one of the stages of the competition (from July 11, 2009 to July 14, 2009).
