Bunker prices are almost flat at the Far East ports of Russia (graph)
According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews, the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for IFO-380 НS - $282 pmt, IFO-180 НS – 293 pmt, MGO (DMB) - $570 pmt, MGO (DMA) - $635 pmt, VLSFO 0.5% - $588.
Currency prices for IFO-380 НS range between $250 and $320 pmt.
The difference between maximum/minimum prices depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
Bunker prices at the port of Singapore have surged by almost $40 with IFO-380 НS having increased to $348, MGO – to $593.
The growth has been driven by reduction of the list of licenced bunker suppliers in Singapore to 46. The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) earlier revoked the Bunker Supplier Licence of Inter-Pacific Petroleum Pte Ltd (“Inter-Pacific”). With effect from 9 December 2019, Inter-Pacific will cease to operate as a bunker supplier in the Port of Singapore.
