Marine Cargo Bureau sponsors the roundtable meeting “Import Substitution in Russian Shipbuilding: Ambition and Reality” that is to be held by IAA PortNews with the support of RF Ministry of Industry and Trade on 29 August 2019 at the Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping, Saint-Petersburg.
The meeting is dedicated to the practice of applying Government Decree 719 and discussing amendments thereto. The registration is in full swing.
Among invited participants are Russian design organizations, classification societies, shipowners, financial institutions (including leasing companies), shipyards, Russian manufacturers of marine equipment, foreign suppliers and manufacturers of marine equipment, industry regulators (Minpromtorg, Ministry of Transport), project developers from SKO Center (Center for import substitution and local content in manufacturing of ship components), etc.
