Bunker prices continue going down at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia (graph)
Oil priced have dropped below the psychological threshold of $70. Oil production and reserves in the USA continue increasing. As for OPEC, it is not still clear if the production deal to be prolonged. Meanwhile, conflicts in Venezuela and Lybia as well as sanctions on Iran oil exports are to deter the prices from the plunge.
According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices have slightly increased at the port of St. Petersburg:
Average price of IFO-380 HS - $380 pmt (-$20).
Average price of MGO - $608 pmt (-$2).
Average price of ULSFO - $575 pmt.
IFO-380 HS price is ranging between $370 and $390 pmt.
Bunker prices at the port of Rotterdam have dropped by $15 on the average.
The difference between maximum/minimum prices depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
