Arcadia Shipmanagement implements ABS Advanced Solutions EAM Program
An ABS Advanced Solutions (AS) Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Assessment of Arcadia Shipmanagement Co. Ltd. has found it has ‘robust processes’ and industry leading performance, ABS said in a press release.
Arcadia selected AS to implement an EAM Program to further enhance the reliability of its fleet.

The assessment revealed a number of Arcadia’s strengths, including talent management, with a firm commitment to hiring and retaining highly skilled personnel across all aspects of vessel operations.
Training was another strong area, with a clear emphasis on education and skills across the business.
This industry-leading program addresses core elements established over more than a decade of experience: asset lifecycle management strategy; Computerized Maintenance Management System utilization; inventory management; planning, scheduling and process automation; performance optimization; and maintenance and reliability strategy.
The ABS Advanced Solutions EAM program is designed to aid owners and operators with managing physical assets from design to decommissioning to optimize use, reduce costs, and improve vessel reliability and efficiency.
