Throughput of port Temryuk surged from in the beginning of 2019 by 60% to 572,000 t
From the beginning of 2019, seaport Temryuk has handled 572,000 mln t of cargo (+60%, year-on-year), port Harbour Master Mikhail Magdav said at the meeting of the Basin Committee in Rostov-on-Don..
In the reporting period, the Harbour Master’s office registered 164 calls, up 56%, year-on-year.
Between February 1 and February 7, the port handled 27 ships and 112,000 tonnes of cargo.
Port Temryuk is located in the Temryuk Bau of the Sea of Azov. The port operates round-the-year and has 19 berths with a waterfront of 2,279.9 meters. The port’s cargo terminals can accept vessels with the draught of up to 4.6 m, length of up to 140 m, breadth of up to 17.5 m. Annual capacity of the port’s cargo terminals is 8.48 mln t.
