Igor Levitin suggests separating positions of Deputy Transport Minister and head of Rosmorrechflot
Igor Levitin, Aide to the President of Russia, suggests separating the positions of Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation and head of Federal Marine and River Transport Agency (Rosmorrechflot), IAA PortNews correspondent reports from Transport Week 2018.
According to Igor Levitin, with those two positions under one hat the responsibilities are indefinite and regulatory and executive function are combined.
The decision of RF Government on combining the position of Deputy Transport Minister and head of Rosmorrechflot was made at the meeting on 24 December 2015.
