FSB Border Service explains its position as regards vessels owned by foreign entities and used by Russian fishermen
FSB Border Service has addressed Acting Director General of the Northern Fishermen Association (a copy provided to IAA PortNews) to explain its position as regards vessels owned by foreign entities and used by Russian fishermen.
According to the letter, the Federal Law No 166, “On Fisheries and Conservation of Aquatic Biological Resources” prohibits using RF flagged vessels owned by foreign entities unless such vessels perform their activities outside the exclusive economic zone and the continental shelf of Russia.
