Based on the data provided by RF Ministry of Industry and Trade, taken from publicly available sources and from query results the report covers the activities of the key industry stakeholders: production plants, ship owners, cargo owners, financial institutions. This lets the business raise its questions to the regulator and submarine up the situation in the industry.
