Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company’s shipyard repaired ferry vessel owned by Sea Trade Fleet of Turkmenistan
The “Berkarar” ferry vessel, owned by the Sea Trade Fleet of the Republic of Turkmenistan has been repaired at the "Zigh" Ship Repair and Construction Yard of Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company.
ACSC says the repair has been completed on time and with high quality.
The vessels's underwater and surface parts were cleaned in the yard and painted. Also, both main engines, diesel generators, and 6 pumps of the “Berkarar” ferry vessel were repaired. Electrical systems in the mechanical department have been fully repaired. Besides, piping works were carried out in both the mechanical department and on the deck.
The vessel has been successfully tested upon the repair works and delivered to its owner.
It is worth to note that Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company owns the powerful vessel repair facility in the region. Both “Bibiheybat” ship repair yard and “Zigh” Ship Repair and Construction Yard receive regular orders from foreign countries.
