Port of Lowestoft showcases potential as new East of England Energy Hub
This year’s East of England Energy Group (EEEGR)’s Southern North Sea Conference on 28 February will see ABP showcase the broad range of business development opportunities available at the Port of Lowestoft as East of England’s new Energy Hub.
During the flagship conference, ABP will be unveiling its vision, developed in partnership with acclaimed London Architects Chetwoods. Plans will illustrate the business potential of the Port of Lowestoft’s 13 acres development site, which has direct quay access and will be available from 19th March.
ABP says in 2017, the port welcomed more than 6000 CTV (Crew Transfer Vessels), thanks to its 3500m of quay, the ability to accommodate vessels up to 125m LOA with depths up to 6m and the port’s ideal location to serve the Southern North Sea.
