The Finnish Supreme Court did not grant the leave to appeal on the fairway dues dispute between Finnlines and the Finnish State
The Supreme Court of Finland did not grant Finnlines the leave to appeal on the fairway dues dispute between Finnlines and the Finnish State on 9 February 2018. As a result, the Helsinki Court of Appeal decision on 8 August 2016 remains in force, Finnlines said in its press release.
The dispute related to the fairway dues charged excessive.
