Baltic Fleet ships have passed the English Channel
The naval detachment of the Baltic Fleet consisting of the corvettes Boyky, Soobrazitelny, the sea tug MB-123 and the tanker Kola have passed the Strait of Dover and the English Channel, says press center of RF Defence Ministry.
During the training missions in the North Atlantic the crews practiced replenishment procedures and conducted schedules verifications of the naval equipment.
Within the long-range cruise, the ships have conducted a joint maneuvering exercise and practiced detection and identification of simulated enemy submarines by means of Ka-27PL helicopter.
